The beautiful old country house offers an amazing location for people to celebrate together, enjoy each others company and mark the occasion…whatever the occasion. From small family dinner parties through to those once in a life time milestone events, Caer Llan is an amazing location for you to relax and enjoy the moment.

The house itself lends itself to large gatherings but with the welcoming feel of a family home – a perfect setting for a party.

The outdoor patio areas meanwhile provide a magical place to enjoy a drink and soak in the stunning scenery, whilst the extensive gardens, grounds and woodland offer plenty of adventure for those wishing to explore a little further.

Caer Llan adapts to the seasons, with summer cocktails and BBQs on the terraces through to cosy log fires and Christmas decs in the winter. Either way you are assured of a very warm welcome.

As an exclusive use venue, your party is of course the only party and you can relax and enjoy without the pressure and chores of hosting a party at home.

Our hospitality team will provide food and refreshments with a smile. We have a whole host of different styles of catering to suit your event and we will work with you to find the perfect match for your party. Our own head chef will ensure that food is plentiful, fresh and beautifully presented, with all individual dietary requirements happily catered for.

Meanwhile our bar offers a great selection of drinks, all at affordable pub prices. There’s no last orders for residents, we don’t run out and we guarantee no long queues. With accommodation for up to 50 onsite there’s also no need to worry about travel.

We have several options for music on site with dance floor and lighting for your own DIY disco (bring your own playlist), or you are welcome to book a DJ or band for the event.
