Our aim at Caer Llan is to provide an inspiring and distraction free environment such that you can concentrate 100% on the task in hand. Aided by the stunning location and spectacular scenery, the old country house has been adapted to suit all kinds of events ranging from small client meetings to residential team building.
We promise you exclusive use of the house and grounds during your stay. The house itself contains large versatile areas which can be arranged to suit your particular needs, offering plenty of scope for breakout areas outside of the focal training room. The large patios and gardens along with the stunning views offer a beautiful and quiet backdrop for your event.
We pride ourselves on our professional yet non imposing service, whereby we offer you privacy to conduct your meetings whilst also being available should you need us.

Our in-house hospitality team meanwhile are on hand to supply refreshments and delicious home cooked meals and buffets throughout your time at Caer Llan, and our Bar & Piano Lounge is a great social space for the evenings.

WE’RE HERE TO HELP
If you visit Caer Llan, you will meet us, the owners Jake and Vicky Carpenter. We live on site and take a very ‘hands on’ approach at Caer Llan. We are happy to help you with your planning and take great pride in offering a friendly, professional and discreet service during your stay.
THE FACILITIES
Presentation room for 50 people theatre style with projector, sound system and screen ready to go. Other versatile areas for larger meetings, with a selection of breakout areas available for small group workshop sessions. Free WiFi is available.

We will cater to your needs and schedule, offering various menu options including fantastic buffets, 3 course table served meals or even a BBQ on the terrace…and of course unlimited tea and coffee.
ACCOMMODATION
Caer Llan has 16 en-suite bedrooms to accommodate up to 50 residential guests, with some sharing. The rooms can be easily configured to sleep 4 people and are included in the delegate rate.
